Is there a democrat who isn’t?

My thought too. Aren't they all?

Schumer is my guess.

That would be like waking up in the morning and finding out I won the lottery, lost 50lb's, got a promotion and the Clinton's indicted and jailed without bail all on the same day.

Harry Reid. Seems to me I read a long time ago that he has a history of eking out election victories after it seemed he was on the ropes.

Nevada, Las Vegas, Mafia, totally corrupt Democrat...it all adds up.

I’ll be shocked, too. They’re probably trying to frame Lieberman.

In the Cunningham and Foley cases, it was the exquisite scandal timing that did the damage. Letting some story out now will see it mostly deflated by election time.

I would guess the Clintons are in with the mob. Let’s not forget his cocaine import ring he had in Arky.

I don’t know but I will guess it is someone who is a strong advocate for gun control even by Democrat standards. If the mob tried to extort money from people and the well-armed people fought back, it would be bad for business. Any politician who is paid to look out for mob interests would have civilian disarmament as a high priority.

The Mob has a minimum requirement in doing business with anyone. The would-be ally has to be useful. I find it impossible to imagine any situation in which Dick Durbin would be useful.

Is anyone surprised? For the past 50 years or so the dem party has ALWAYS been part of an “evil triad”- dem party, unions and organized crime. Who laid all the ground work for their, now, sophisticated programs of voter fraud? Kennedy’s father was a fairly high profile mobster- how far does the apple fall?

Oh no. Not Dan Moldea again.

Old timers like me will certainly recognize that name here at FR.

Oh, yeah....

“My guess, Harry Reid.”

You know, it just could be. Think about this. Reid is screwing up all over the place and has become an ineffective embarrassment for the Dems/lefties. It’s a lot cleaner to get him out with a story, written by David Corn, one of their own than publicly oust Ol’Harry on the floor of the Senate.

A chorus of denial comes from the Dem side of Congress, “It’s not me and you can’t prove it!”
