Question I’d love to ask that mutt in court: “Well. I am angry about you slashing the tires ... tell me, dear student, what am I entitled to slash in return?”
kid was watching to much fight club.
So how would that differ from Bill Clinton who wrote in a letter that he loathed the military?
This college kid is probably on the fast track to become a democrat president.
This should also be a hate crime.
I say do like they did back in the day... give him the option of 3 years in jail... or 3 years in the Army. He’ll either become someone’s bi**h or he’ll go to boot camp and learn to have some pride in him himself and maybe even his country.
Perhaps he, too, will run against Nancy Pelosi when he gets out of jail.
Hey, it’s just TV...except when it’s an “incredibly powerful medium”.

“Warner’s jumping off point is Kiefer Sutherland’s response to a question about the advent in this coming season’s “24” of a woman president. Observed the actor who plays Jack Bauer: I can tell you one thing. We had the first African-American president on television, and now Barack Obama is a serious candidate. That wasnt going to happen eight years ago. Television is an incredibly powerful medium, and it can be the first step in showing people what is possible.”
And Geena Davis played the part of a woman president on “Commander In Chief”. That show was supposed to make us believe that Hillary could be president. That show disappeared after only 1 season, so don’t think they ever show the re-runs.
The army would not accept this creep. The days of “join-the-army-or-go-to-jail” justice are over.
Said propaganda goes a long way towards fostering an “us vs. them” mindset with respect to pro/con the mission in Iraq. I’ve seen it in people I know who read too much of that stuff.
Maybe he’s one of Ward Churchill’s kid venting his anger at the Imperialist war machine for depriving his mentor of his civil rights. {Sarc}
If he likes to destroy things because of their relationship to the war, I think a fitting punishment would be to have him fix things related to the war.
How delicate of the paper not to mention his name. He is 19. He can vote. He is an adult in civil society.
I would like to know who he is, and who his parents are. Why is the paper covering up?
Hell, no. The Army doesn't need trash like that -- they have troiuble enough trying to live through the damned politicians trying their best to get them killed.
I hope they don’t send him back to Colorado. We have more than enough liberal idiots here now. I would like his sentence to include some hours of working for the Army to repay the cost of those tires.
This is federal property. Why is he before a local judge?
