American democracy will once again be showcased for the world on September 15th as a variety of groups are already gearing up for massive demonstrations on that day in Washington, D.C.
Move America Forward, the nation's largest non-profit, non-partisan grassroots group that vociferously declares their support for Operation Iraqi Freedom and the American soldiers committed to that effort, will culminate their nationwide caravan with thousands of flag waving and placarded demonstrators making a visible statement of support for American efforts to defeat terrorism and introduce democracy to Iraq. The "Fight for Victory Tour" will set out from Carson City, Nevada on September 3rd and move to Sacramento and San Francisco and then travel from California across the heartland of the United States with a scheduled arrival date of September 14th in Washington where they will meet with members of Congress and conduct a press conference. The massive demonstrations on the 15th will draw bus loads of supporters from across America particularly from locations throughout the east coast.

PING! This will be an important time for Americans to rally together to send Congress a message that we won’t allow them to force surrender on our troops in Iraq. This will be the “Mother of All Battles” in the war debate.
Harry Reid & Nancy Pelosi - TAKE NOTE, we won’t let our troops be stabbed in the back by you!
It is critical that this caravan succeed in its mission. Should the US “cut and run” and leave our Iraqi friends to be slaughtered in a real civil war and subsequent genocide, we may never be able to recruit a loyal ally ever again. They won’t trust the US to stay if the times get tough.
From March 17th Gathering of Eagles event which came after Move America Forward's "These Colors Don't Run" national caravan.
Time to make an even bigger push this time!
The ONLY reason I wasn’t there last year was a canceled flight.
THIS YEAR I am driving, and dragging my camper, so I won’t run into these same issues again!
There couldn’t be a more critical thing for conservatives to be working on at the moment and for the next few months. This is something where we can make a difference.
The surge is working in Iraq. Even the liberal Brookings Institute is saying it now. We can turn the corner with the public and win back support for our troops and their mission.
But, conservatives have to get out of their depression and recognize that the stakes are too high to sit it out any longer. We really have to be heard on this issue or we are going to have a liberal President appeasing the terrorists until they land on our shores.
“Placarded” is not a word. That whole sentence is very awkward.
tr.v. plac·ard·ed, plac·ard·ing, plac·ards
To announce or advertise by means of placards.
To post placards on or in.
To display as a placard.

Bump!
I’m gonna try to allocate time for that, and if I can, maybe travel down with the CT coordinator of GoE.
See you there.
I was briefly on the Move America Forward mailing list because I assumed they were a conservative group. After a few weeks, I found out many members of their mailing list are far from conservative so I decided to leave. They have more far left Liberaltarians in their group and they even consider themselves more Liberaltarian than Republican or conservative. The impression I have of Liberaltarians is they are isolationist, pro-Anarchy, pro-amnesty, pro-open borders, anti-gun wacko’s who claim to be conservative and support the troops and their mission when they actually oppose the troops and their mission. You can’t be isolationist and support the troops and their mission.
Thanks for the ping!
And with CA’s very own Melanie Morgan God bless her
We will stand together.

Im, please remove me from the ping list. I’m interested, but I’m on so many ping lists that it’s gotten hard to find my other messages. Thanks! ~S
