I have previously reported Tendo Oto's intention to give Stan Lee Media another $5 million for the American partnership. The link in my timeline shows the letter referencing the first 5 mil for the Japanese partnership. Here is the letter confirming Oto's intent. Had Clinton and his agent Jim Levin not interfered with Oto and stolen him away from SLM, his 5 mil in November would have kept the company solvent. This is the matter that is at the heart of the suit. Clinton destroyed a public company that had a market cap of over $300 million. Amazingly, Oto had arranged for Stan Lee to be named a Master Creator in China, giving the company business advantages possessed by no other entertainment company in the world. Had it not been for the Clintons, SLM would have been an incredible worldwide force in the entertainment industry.

Perhaps I will end up writing his biography. That part is a great story. In his cell, they put a guy from Egypt (I think) who was a businessman. He was mistakenly identified as an al Qaeda terrorist. Having him in the cell was the only thing that kept Peter alive. More than a dozen men had previously been imolated by the thugs in this prison because they had nothing better to do. At night they were chanting “burn the gringo.”
