Give everyone a chance to act a fool...
Oh yeah, I’ll start.
Fred is DOOMED!
No he’s not!
Yes he is!
Etc.
Etc.
Etc....
the lebanese part has been scrubbed from more than a dozen of his bios online.
But not from HERE:

I doubt Fred would formulate WOT policies based on this guy’s opinions alone. A campaign manager is not the same as a policy adviser. If Abraham can deliver states like Michigan to Fred, then he’s a good choice. Time will tell.
He is not a problem, I would rather he not be part of the campaign (Its odd to me why he was chosen, personal relationship?), but this article is just a hit piece in disguise.
Obviously, those of us who believe strongly in the need for America to prosecute this war aggressively and effectively would have to wish that Thompson would surround himself with aides who share that passion to win the war decisively.
The more crap they print about him the more obvious it becomes just how terrified of him they really are. Pathetic dog squeeze, every one of them.
In my book that doesn't disqualify Fred Thompson - he's still my guy - but it does offer a legitimate issue to discuss.
I like George Bush's Supreme Court picks... but that didn't mean I didn't howl vociferously when he nominated Harriet Miers who I felt was a very poor choice.
So, we shouldn't be afraid to have these discussions. They are healthy for Fred's campaign to hear from the base -- because it will obviously become clear to us that there's nothing to be concerned about, or else if there is, then our discussions will help to nudge Team Fred to be more acutely aware of bad decisions and rectify them or not repeat them.
I say let's have these discussions - just so long as we're constructive about them.
Maybe I’m slow, but I thought it was Fred Thompson who is interested in running for President.
What’s Spence Abraham running for?
Nothing?
Oh, right. Then this is nothing more than an attempted drive-by guilt by association. Debbie Schlussel should be ashamed of herself.
Michigan may be a very important early primary state.
Stupid move on Thompson’s part. If he’s not onto the Lebanese by now, he ain’t no promising candidate for president. This is nearly as good as Mrs. Clinton’s live-in a-rab lady. NEXT!
You have that right. Open borders Spencer Abraham is the original border quisling. If there's anyone in the GOP who has been worse than Dubya on immigration, it's Spencer Abraham.
Abraham wasn’t hired to advise Fred on immigration or any other policy. He was hired to set up a competitive campain organization in Michigan, something he is very adept at doing.
Don’t belive anything that comes from a grown woman named “Debbie.”

An Arab Christian and staunch critic of Islam says she cannot support Fred Thompson if the former Tennessee senator enters the presidential race.
Recently Thompson's communication director announced that former Michigan senator and U.S. Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham has joined Thompson's team in a major role that would be considered campaign manager.
Brigitte Gabriel is founder and president of the American Congress for Truth. She says as a senator, Abraham was a water-carrier for extremist Islamic groups. She says Abraham opposed profiling of Arabs and the use of secret evidence against Muslims, and he attempted to repeal the Clinton counter-terrorism package.
He refused to fund computer tracking of students and other foreign aliens, giving millions in our tax money right to Hezbollah. And he is the one who put the Council on American-Islamic Relations on the map on Capitol Hill," says Gabriel.
Gabriel says this is not someone Fred Thompson should pick to run his campaign.
"How can we support a guy like Fred Thompson who picked this man to head up his team? she asks. Either Thompson is clueless about Abraham, which should immediately disqualify him for the White House and frighten all of us about how he makes decisions -- or he knows about Abraham and went with him anyway."
Thompson, who has not yet officially entered the race, reportedly might make a formal announcement around Labor Day.
Debbie is a shill for the Rutard, but she has a point here on Spence, who, btw, I was mistaken for when I was 30 lbs. heavier.
