While Nero Plays!
Vanity | 7/23/07 | RLWIII

I never thought I would see it, not in my wildest dreams could I have imagined seeing Nero playing his fiddle while my country burns. But that is exactly what I saw tonight as I watch what could only be term as a total breakdown of sanity among our good citizens in the CNN/U-Tube Democratic debate tonight. While our brave soldiers are fighting for what is truly our last stand, many among us are dancing to the sound of his fide as our future hopes go up in smoke. Yes my friends the barbarians are at the gates. Have we all lost our minds? Are we not the greatest nation to ever be or are we truly so spoiled, arrogant and foolish that we can only attack what is right?

Yes, I believe we are really going off the deep end. We are willing to bite off our own nose just to spite our face and then laugh at it. Shame America! Many, many, many good, brave and honorable men and women have sacrificed all for this great lands rights and freedoms of which we all enjoy everyday only too allow the little ones to mock what is good and righteous and we seem to only want to run with the mob. We must wake from this slumber America and we need to wake up quickly. Time is late. As long as we fiddle when there is true danger at the door, we are sure to fall. It time for all good men to make a stand and stop this foolishness. Its time to support those among us who will fight, for this is the time to fight and we all must stand with them or we will surely all burn as the fools play their misguided tunes.

When LA or NY goes up in a flash of light I expect things will change... Probably not until then...

Dude. Get real. These were Democrats

You expected something more?

They don't do that.

There are idiots all over the internet.

While civilization in general could (and probably is) in decline, it isn't because of the fighting in Iraq, nor are wackos on the internet the only people to blame.

And as jennyscool stated, it was a Democratic debate. Only around half the country are Democrat.

I was not directing my rage at the traitors, for that is what we all know they truely are. Its the foolishness that seems to infecting our minds and hearts for which stokes my flames, for there is a real storm building and there will be no cover as long as we pretend it is sunny.

America does not get that many have seen the future, and it is the bloodshed in Iraq, the constant drone of killing machines and the terror based confinement and genocide.

These SOBs have to be utterly annihilated... they are worse than anything yet... and yet we stand cluless, divided, just as unbonded as a blowing up suicide bomber.

It’s not getting in or out of Iraq the issue, the issue is whether we can acquire and sustain bonds with those we help or helped. It’s not Reid mere;y saying we lost the war that is irksome, it’s his seeming grinning political opportunism and inciting of division to make himself a choice and laugh at Bush’s failure that is scandalous.

This debate is pointless in congress, evil, narcissistic and pointless. Terrorists and their cult have to be eradicated, and the bonds must be kept in that treck... but but but, so many buts...

My heart sank when I saw the roomful of people at the Citadel clapping for this insanity.
