Raw pork gives you Trichinosis. While raw fish does have the possibility of carrying Anisakis, it’s much less common here. Besides, sushi has to have fish.

There are places that serve that, and raw chicken, beef, venison, just about any raw meat you can think of.

Actually, I remember reading that Russians eat sliced raw pork fat as well as other finger food (sliced cucumber etc) as an appetizer with chilled vodka from the book “Inside The Aquarium” by Viktor Suvorov.
