How about raw pork sushi for kicks?

Why not a delicious hunk of raw turkey?

I once took a bite of raw chicken... revolting. But eaten lots of raw fish and red meat including deer meat

Why not a delicious hunk of raw turkey?

They actually do serve chicken sashimi in Japan. They sear the outside of a chicken breast, slice it thin and you dip it in ponzu, which is basically soy sauce and lemon juice. I've had it and it was good. I was told by a sushi chef here in the states that the chicken here is not of high enough quality for this to be safe and I tend to believe him. Unlike the Chinese, the Japanese are practically obsessed with quality and this extends to their food.
