The President spent the weekend at Camp David returning to the White House on Sunday, on Saturday he underwent a colonoscopy where 5 benign polyps were removed. There were no public events today but the President did issue a statement expressing sadness at the death of the ex King of Afganistan.
Today Secretary of Defense Robert Gates met with Columbia Defense Minister Juan Miguel at the Pentagon.
Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island
Thanks for the great information DrDeb. 1035rep, thanks for the ping. Now, let’s find a way to get this information in front of the American people so the dimocRats can no longer manipulate the polls.
Sounds good. Let’s Roll!
Good news about your shoulder! I never went to the doctor or PT with mine after I slipped on the ice, but it's doing fine now. It was just a sprain, likely, and the swelling needed to do down.
Before getting on the train, my daughter, granddaughter and I went on the ferry over to San Juan Island to see the whales from shore. That was so much fun. There was a whale watching boat out in the water but we were lots closer. If you have a chance to go on this trip, go. You will never regret it. Oh! I forgot about the boat ride in Couer d'Alene, ID. I did not go on that since I was really hurting so I took it easy that day. We also saw 7 Brides for 7 Brothers in Jackson Hole and that was a great show.
I had a torn rotator cuff and I could barely move my arm when I went to PT before the train trip. Now, I could do just about everything she told me to do. I go to see my regular dr. tomorrow about the numbness in my finger and hand. Don't know what is causing that unless I really did do something to my neck when I fell in the bathroom that day. When we got home to our airport, we were walking from the gate to where the luggage was. There were lots of people with flags and signs welcoming some soldiers and Marines here. I had talked with the Marines on the plane and they were here for munitions training. He said they were learning to blow things up. I thought he was funny when he told me that the Marines were the best but they had to come here for that kind of training. I think they will be here 2 months.
Thanks for Your get well wishes! I am feeling much better today, though still weak, am able to keep food in.
Nice job on all the collages but my faves are of All The Bush’s.
Glad to know the outcome of the pollup test is favorable & that Pres. B. remains in good health!
Thanks, as ever!
Don’t you hate it when news reporters negate facts & replace facts with their own celebrity status seeking opinions...Arrrrg! Those type aren’t interested in reporting the news nor the truth of a matter.
Thank God there are plenty still who report the truth about the news and The President! & thank you Dr. D. for finding such valuable;truthful sources for us!
So glad to read that your arm is all better! Yes indeed,a miracle! Thank You JESUS!
I too was REALLY impressed with the new and improved Victory Caucus website.
