Can the President hold Congress in “Contempt of President”?
Is seems that if the judicial branch can invoke a charge of “contempt of court” and the legislative branch can invoke charges of “contempt of Congress”, then it follows that the executive branch should have a similar power to hold someone in “contempt of executive office”.
