Pelosi will likely use the inherent contempt process with Miers as opposed to statutory proceedings which by law requires the US Attorney to present the case to a grand jury. Bush has already said the US Attorney will not be allowed to present the case to a grand jury.

That is what is important for this speaker. Terrorists, borders, war, business, and the rest will always be there, but chances like this only come once. Go for it Nancy! Take care of the issues that are of no importance and no one with a brain cares about.
