But state law makes him eligible for a drug diversion program instead of incarceration, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Oh the suspense, I wonder which way it will go...

I intentionally overdosed myself on vicodin for tooth pain I couldn’t endure. As soon as it was fixed the pain was gone and I quit the vicodin. It was only five days I took it and the withdrawl was awful. I could have gone postal. It is very addictive and dangerous. People who take it for recreation are not criminals. They need help finding a life. If those pills were for him he has mental problems. Wonder where it got that from?

quantity...Vicodin possession is a very big no-no....not to mention the "dozens" of other prescription drugs...not to mention Xanax, Valium, Soma, Vicodin and Adderall (Adderall is speed, basically), as well as a small amount of marijuana.
They could throw the book at him...however, it's a first offense in CA so hell go off to rehab, and be given a suspended sentence.

Oh. Actually 140 really is not that many for a spoiled rich kid with no incentive to be a dealer. More like a party stash. Not sure how many of the other drugs he had, though.
