These sites will re-emerge with a new host shortly. The effort to kill them is futile. I, for one, feel its best to leave them be. There is information to be gathered from them.
No doubt they will pop up again somewhere else. But harassing their service providers is a good way to disrupt them unexpectedly. Time they have to spend looking for another provider is less time they'll have to plan attacks.

After reporting a video showing violence against American forces, a video made and distributed by as sahab (=al Qaeda), I received this reply:
Quote:”What are you reporting exactly? Are these images illegal or a copyright violation. Please cite how these images are abusive. Offensive images do not count unless they are illegal.”
Some people just don’t get it...

I know Fakir some people just do not get it. We have to fight harder against those ISP who are refusing to shut down the terrorist websites and start telling them that we are going out in public with a list of ISP hosting terrorist websites and refusing to shut it down and this list will be given to the media in each corresponding country where the ISP is as well it will be distributed on different forums and websites on the internet.

I just received an excellent e-mail from one of the ISP providers informing me that they shut down the following terrorist websites:
http://www.isi86.jeeran.com
http://w1000.jeeran.com ,
http://ozooo.jeeran.com ,
http://hguwhzf.jeeran.com ,
http://www.j11jjj.jeeran.com ,
http://moqaawama.jeeran.com.
The first three were made by one famous terrorist website master called "Ozooo".
Fakir, unfortunately we have no "edit" feature on this forum so if we make a mistake we need to re-post.

Monitoring these terrorist websites is a waste of time because the terrorists are very much aware that they are being monitored and hence they are very careful in not divulge any personal information or plans on these forums. I have monitored those forums myself and engaged with some of their members, they will not give out anything about themselves and they always tell the members not to say anything personal about themselves or about plans. The damage that these websites are doing is huge because they are recruiting people for Jihad and teaching them how to conduct terrorist attacks, there is little to no valuable information you can get about the terrorists on these wbesites or their specific plan of actions. These websites and forums must be shut down.

Al Qaeda has changed its tacticsparticularly for its operations in the Western world and other non-Islamic countries such as India.
2. Future operations will be carried out not by organisations such as Al Qaeda itself or by the member-organisations of the International Islamic Front (IIF) formed by it in 1998. They will be planned and carried out by Jundullahs (Soldiers of Allah), who are individual Muslims, self-motivated, self-trained through the Internet and deciding on their targets and actions autonomously without the need for a centralised command and control.
