A federal judge Thursday dismissed a lawsuit by former CIA operative Valerie Plame and her husband seeking damages against officials she accused of conspiring to disclose her identity.

The defendants included Vice President Dick Cheney, former Cheney aide I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby, and two others.

Plame and her husband, former diplomat Joe Wilson, had alleged that Cheney, Libby, White House political adviser Karl Rove and former State Department official Richard Armitage had violated their constitutional rights in the events that led to Plame being identified in news reports in summer 2003.

Well, it looks like the fake "CIA agent" Plame and her mercenary husband will have to go back to posing in Vanity Fair for a living. Great news.

Any chance of a countersuit from anyone charging she was not active-covert and the suit was frivolous????

Legal fees etc. due by Valerie?

That’s gonna leave a mark!

Wish the Judge had said that the case was dismissed with prejudice because she was not a covert agent according to the law. That would have left a mark.

Any little kink in the plans of the Plame-Wilsons is good for America.

Valerie Plame was lucky she didn't marry Michael Schiavo when she was a young woman living in the hometown of Terri Schiavo, which is Huntingdon Valley, PA.

Both women were born in 1963 and both married liars but only one has escaped euthansia and is a heroine to the Democrats.

Secret Agent Ma’am (a poem)
Tim Schieferecke

She’s the Ma’am who feigned her life’s in danger,
though in Who’s Who pages found this “spy” ‘s no stranger.
She sent her man to fake, the facts about yellow cake,
the lie that caused our Nation such great sorrow.

Secret agent Ma’am, secret agent Ma’am,
you hate that we don’t wonder, why such lies are oh so plame plain.

Foreswear you weren’t the one to send Joe to find”,
the “reasons” for you libs to Iraq undermine.
To me that seems a crime,
done on the public dime.
I hope you know that’s caused US such great sorrow.

Secret agent Ma’am, secret agent Ma’am,
you hate that we don’t wonder, why such lies are oh so plame plain.

Secret agent Ma’am, secret agent Ma’am,
you hate that we don’t wonder, why such lies are oh so plame plain .

Sendin’ Joe for Niger tea on one day,
then claimin’ covert status though that fact’s nay.
don’t under oath lie slip,
or you’ll earn a prison scholarship,
then you couldn’t cause such misery tomorrow.

Secret agent Ma’am, secret agent Ma’am,
you hate that we don’t wonder, why such lies are oh so plame plain.

UPDATE: Three full weeks with no more Valerie Plame stories.

We may have been successfully weaned.

Did see a couple of Nicole Smith pieces ~ mostly about her boob job on film.
