And another thing...the daily weather forecast calls for ‘widely scattered afternoon and evening thundershowes, mainly in the higher elevations.’

On any given day I can scan a 360 degree panorama from work and see rain falling in a half dozen places all within 10 miles of where I’m standing - and never get a drop where I’m standing.

But when the storms do reach us there, it’s like the Atlantic Ocean has opened up overhead and there’s no end to the deluge!
