How long did it take the people of Israel to erect their wall? It was very effective and, as I recall, it didn’t take that long to construct it.

The government needs to stop hedging and follow a proven example of keeping people on their side of the border.

Forget the Israeli wall. Think American urban Interstate Hiways. We have thousands of miles of interstate hiway walls fencing off noise and acess from the hiway to residential or commercial peoperty.

The technology is well known, easy to erect and cheap.

Essentially, prestressed concrete posts having a groove on two sides are erected at 25 or 30 feet on centers. Any of several different and even attractive prestressed panels slide down through the groove. They can be of considerable height, certainly high enought for the border. They can also be put in place quickly once an access grade is developed.
