Forget the Israeli wall. Think American urban Interstate Hiways. We have thousands of miles of interstate hiway walls fencing off noise and acess from the hiway to residential or commercial peoperty.

The technology is well known, easy to erect and cheap.

Essentially, prestressed concrete posts having a groove on two sides are erected at 25 or 30 feet on centers. Any of several different and even attractive prestressed panels slide down through the groove. They can be of considerable height, certainly high enought for the border. They can also be put in place quickly once an access grade is developed.

Keep up the common sense and someone will be after you to go to rehab! :)

Isn’t that the same technology used in Israel? I could be wrong but I seem to remember the sections were all preformed and shipped to the site and slid in place.
