Elizabeth Edwards: husband better advocate for women than Clinton
WLOS-TV abc ^ | July 17, 2007 | ap

Elizabeth Edwards says her husband would be a better advocate for women as president than his rival Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The wife of Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards says keeping a door open to women is more a policy of her husband's than Clinton's.

Edwards says she sympathizes with Clinton, who is running to be the first female president. She says she faced challenges early in her career as a female lawyer and says she understands the pressures Clinton must feel.

A Clinton spokesman says the campaign will not comment on Elizabeth Edwards' remarks.

Well, considering that the Breck girl is a woman and Hillary is more of a man than Kerry, Edwards and Gore put together, I’d say she has a point.

Well, he certainly is more in touch with his feminine side than she is.

Elizabeth Edwards: husband better advocate for women than Clinton

Hey, this is against the basic tenet of feminist approach. Feminism holds that there are multiple realities, and surely reality for men is different from reality for women. The reason being the social structure has been oppresive to women: norms, laws, etc., are giving advantages to men. Now, if John Edwards cannot have women's reality, how could he is better advocate than Clinton?

CAll Mrs. Edwards and tell her she is right and if she will emphasize that Hillary is a co-rapist with her husband, who serially abused women (and likely still does today based on his psychological profile) who could NEVER BE A TRUE ADVOCATE FOR WOMEN - she might be heard......

One thing for certain, Edwards is a lot more feminine than Clinton.

In fact, if he gets any more feminine, he’ll be fending off hard passes from Bill.

Yeah! I wanna know which candidate is the best men’s advocate.

You’re right, these ‘Rats don’t know how to do anything but pander to dependent voters. BTW, is Elizabeth now running for president? Every time I turn on the news I see her attacking someone (Hillary, Bush, Ann Coulter, the Rudy supporter who lives across the street from her mansion). She seems to be running a pretty aggressive campaign for someone not in the race herself. I think she and John must have met and fell in love in grade school when she rescued him from schoolyard bullies who were threatening to put a frog down his shirt.

“...husband better advocate for women than Clinton”

Of course, the Breck Girl is a better advocate than Hitlery. He is more of a woman than she is and she is much more a man than he is. No prizes for guessing who plays what roles with their non-spousal “partners.”
