I’d say “its about time” but we aren’t much better at bringing our public scoundrels to justice quickly.

if the report is accurate, 18 days suspension is a joke.

Finally, the Committee recommends that he be suspended from the House of Commons for eighteen working days which is reportedly "one of the most severe [penalties] given to an MP" Not bad, but if Galloway were conservative I'm sure they'd have shot him.

Another story our MSM won’t cover because of the implications.

I'd pay every nickel I have to be in the House when he gives his apology, assuming it's done there rather than in writing.
And also assuming that he issues one at all.

I dinstinctly recall that back in the day when this piece of garbage appeared before the Senate that even some Freepers were defending the guy, saying that nobody had anything on him.
I wonder if any of them will come out and apologize now.

Yeah, that lying, thieving, pathetic POS *should* be suspended.
Suspended from the top of Big Ben with a rope tied neatly around his neck.
Let the Hussein-loving Saddamite swing until the sun goes down, or until the buzzards move in for a truly toxic meal.
Yes, I know what I’m suggesting may be considered cruel and unusual punishment, but I am prepared to donate my personal supplies of Zantac and Tums to be distributed for the benefit of the buzzards.
