Recently, FBI Director Robert Mueller, in an interview with NewsMax, confirmed Williams' main claim. Mueller said al-Qaida's paramount goal is clear: to detonate a nuclear device that would kill hundreds of thousands of Americans.
Mueller told NewsMax that at times, the threat feels so real he lies awake at night thinking about the prospect.
Williams maintains that al-Qaida is not content on blowing up one nuclear device or even simply a "dirty" nuke — but wants to explode real nuclear devices in seven U.S. cities simultaneously.

With apologies to the Freepers who live in those cities, I have to say that al-Qaida has chosen locations where moral deprivation and liberalism are most rampant. Their choices are not surprising.
What is surprising is that liberals seem to embrace the Muslim cause, while the Muslims persecute homosexuals, belittle women, mandate their religion and openly state their desire to kill Jews and Christians.

Don’t be so sure about that. With the PC world we live in today we would immediately have to play the victim card and embrace the goodwill of the world. The U.S. deciding to kill hundreds of millions of Muslims because 40-50 nutballs set off NUKES in U.S. cities would not be justified in the eyes of the world and you think Iraq is a PR disaster?
We would wind up doing 3 things:
1. Nuke the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan
2. Internment camps would be set up for anyone of an Arabic background
3. Militias would wind up roaming the U.S. taking out Islamic sites of worship and business.
I do not see the U.S. resorting to a total nuke em’ all policy. Yes, we would lose a milliom Americans. BUT I just do not think we would take out countries let alone Mecca where we would be not only killing a million there alone but asking for a war with a religion for the rest of our nation’s history.

Well, let’s see. NYC, Boston, DC and Miami are east of me, so the fallout will blow out to sea. LA and Houston are south so it shouldn’t reach here. The only real danger to me is fallout from Vegas, and it shouldn’t be too bad. A couple of good rains should wash it away. No cause for concern, here.
