We were almost finished editing Citizen Black, our documentary on press baron and former Fairfax owner Conrad Black, convicted at the weekend of business fraud, when my husband and directing partner, Rick Caine, asked me: "What should we do next?"
Having just made a film about a conservative, we wanted to rinse our palate and take a look at someone who shared our leftist ideals. Then it hit us: what about Michael Moore? We like his films, we like what he stands for and we loved his Oscar speech. He has long had a soft spot for us Canadians: as fellow lefties, we were almost certain he'd participate in this film.
For better or worse, Moore has become the unofficial spokesman of the Left.

Ooh, somebody needs to post this over at digg.com. They have a bunch of brain-dead Moore worshippers over there.
I heard one of these two interviewed on talk radio one evening. The radio host also went through a a long list of the “Fahrenheit 911” lies. The guest agreed. He also told about how they were thrown out of an auditorium that Michael Moore was speaking in, but AFTER he told them to go ahead and film him, and he would be available to them after he was done speaking.
He is such a liar. I cannot even stand to see him or hear him for more than a few seconds, I start to clench my teeth so hard I get a headache.
Yes, and it took these self-described “old lefties” two YEARS to figure out what a fraud and a fake he is? It took me about 20 seconds.
Ugh. I don’t mind reading an article about Moore, but it’s almost impossible any more, because they all feel like they have to include a picture of the repellent, slovenly porker. Can’t we just have a moratorium on them for a while—say, until he loses about 300 pounds of ugly fat?
Therein lies the problem. The real facts surrounding all the deceptions of the Clinton Administration show a very sophisticated pattern of deceit which does not conveniently fit into DNC soundbites and requires the kind of explanation which is usually interrupted if not shouted down by the so called open minded people those on the left always claim to be.
As for Moore, well, he is living proof that whatever the lunatic mainstream of the Democratic Party in the USA accuses anyone on the right of doing, they are always willing to stoop a few notches lower. He makes the John Birch Society look like Heritage Foundation.

:’) I think the title of the article should have been, “One Trouble with Mike”, because there’s a whole raft of things wrong with him.
