Korean beans and rice? Hmmm....you mean azuki beans? The closest recipe i found is
Pah Jook or Rice and Beans Their recipe uses kidney beans. I've never made it myself so I don't know if it's any good or not.

It seems so easy to divine the recipe for a simple dish that you're enjoying......but then.... it's gone.
