The audience gave Tancredo a standing ovation, more because he was the only Republican to show up, rather than approving of his stance on issues. Wonder how that reporter knew that.

Reporter did not want to admit that blacks are as equally repulsed about illegal alien amnesty as Tancredo is.
Liberals (and liberal media) have a major problem when they support an issue that one of their voting/support blocs do not support.

Wonder how that reporter knew that. That was my thought as well. Can't believe a thing you read nowadays.

Wonder how that reporter knew that. Very sharp my boy! The reason the reporter knew this is because black people are a monolithic group. They couldn't possibly have a real opinion that wasn't spoon fed to them by the DNC or Jesse Jackson. She or he was aware that those reading would be too stupid to know it and feared they might think that the black audience agreed with Tancredo on certain issues like immigration.

The reporter is an MSM moron. Tom speaks for the country and those elitist Beltway journalists are too dense to acknowlege it. He wasn't cheered because he was a Republican but because he told the truth!

Umm, I don’t think that was the reporter’s remark, i.e. it isn’t in the article.
