My question exactly. And yet he stayed on for 4 years.

Appointees are supposed to be onboard.

Stupid political hack.

Sounds like pretty our grapes to me. Carmona, you were appointed and served at the disceation of the President.

That is the way it is with political appointees. You should not be surprised at that. You accepted the job and all that came with it.

“”Anything that doesn’t fit into the political appointees’ ideological, theological or political agenda is ignored, marginalized or simply buried,””

Thats what happens when you are elected POTUS. Does anyone believe for a minute that Bubba and Jimmy did not do the same thing?

Secondhand smoke really kills 2 million and embryonic stem cells could bring them all back to life if the government wasn’t so stingy, right?

Something don’t smell right here.

First off, who vetted this guy. and (B) unless I was chained in a concrete bunker 50 feet underground, I doggone sure wouldn’t go along with something I didn’t believe in.

Mr. General, why didn’t you just leave or start yelling your head off. What a dufus. Who can take this seriously.

Maybe things were way worse than he imagined or was told, when he took the job, and stayed because hoped he could help change things...

Surgeon General Muzzeled

“I was blocked at every turn. I was told the decision had already been made — stand down, don’t talk about it,” he said.

Sit, roll over

” Gay rights activists and several leading Democrats have criticized Holsinger for what they see as “anti-gay” writings.

Lucky he wasn’t neutered

Talk about being treated like a dog!
