A Democratic Party blogger says he wants to shoot Rush Limbaugh and is calling for volunteers to assassinate rock star Ted Nugent, who champions the Second Amendment.
Hart Williams, a former writer for porn magazine Hustler and who now toils for the Democratic Daily, was waxing incoherent about a recent Wall Street Journal op-ed by Nugent, complaining that it was likely ghost-written.
"How we can remain 'civil' in the face of this is beyond my ken," wrote Williams. "I will only reiterate what I've said WHEN they manage to inevitably push their litany of hatespeak into actual bloodletting, and full-blown civil war (for there is no other place that this hatred of American against American can go), well ... I've got dibs on Rush, as soon as it's legal and lawful to shoot him. Whoever wants Ted Nugent is welcome to him, but I would prefer that you would call it now, so as to conserve on ammunition. We will need to manage it prudently. But when the day comes that they have finally set brother against brother, and sister against sister in the name of their pocketbooks, I won't approach exterminating them with anything approaching remorse. They've already told me what they think of me, of my friends and of my peers. Now, I'm returning the favor. Put that in your pipe and have the WSJ editorial staff show you how to smoke it, Nugent. Courage."
The Democratic Daily is the brainchild of Pamela Leavey, whose claim to fame is working as a volunteer writer for JohnKerry.com during the 2004 election cycle. Her site describes her as a writer, entrepreneur and single mother living in Southern California.

“Hart Williams”, lol. No offense to anybody, hopefully, but man, if I had a first name like “Hart” I think I’d be a delusional, drunken, anal wart-infected homosexual, too. Actually, nah, no I wouldn’t.
He probably thinks Nugent is like Ozzy Osbourne, who has practically given himself a lobotomy with his alcohol and drug use. Nugent -- if you choose to believe him -- has never felt the need or desire for an illicit high, and if you listen to him talk, you hear intelligence, knowledge, humor, and passion that far exceeds that of the people who are generally credited with possessing those qualities, such as Maureen Dowd.
The Nuge could wipe the floor with a hack like Williams, figuratively and literally. Be careful what you wish for, dude -- you might get it.
I pretty much agree with everybody about how Nugent would handle that maggot, but I would really prefer to see him do it with a broadhead. A matter of style you see.
I'm not worried. I doubt that any of those gonadless she-males knows how to handle a weapon.

You need to get your facts straight.
It wasn't a ballplayer. It was Grey's Anatomy cast member Isaiah Washington, who, in the midst of an on-set tirade, called a gay cast member a "faggot" while complaining about how being a homosexual kept him out of trouble with a producer, who was also one. Washington had to go to "rehab," and was welcomed back for the remainder of the season. Then, the word came down Washington's character was written out of the show, and he claims the whole "rehab" thing was a PR scam. Now, he blames his being black for his release, which is amusing because Grey's is the most successful series created and produced by an African-American (Shonda Rhimes) since The Cosby Show.
Coulter's "joke" was plain stupid. Calling Edwards a "faggot" had nothing to do with why he shouldn't be within a mile of the Presidency. Good jokes don't have to be explained.
If they are ready for a shooting war against the right, well, as I tell others desiring to cause harm to me or my family, I can list .357 reasons for them reconsider.
Just more proof that the so called “tolerant” are the most “intolerant” amongst us.
I think 'ol Hart Williams needs to be reminded that we don't need the dinosaur media to make threats such as this an issue in the public eye.
Rush always notes how loopy the left gets when out of power ... seems even more so when they think they're running things.
It stopped being liberalism along about 1968 (or, if you prefer, 1933). What we have now is out-and-out socialism, racing full-tilt-boogie toward in-your-face-and-every-other-part-of-your-life Marxism.
There's a feller named Thompson (and I DON'T mean Tommy) who might could maybe answer those questions for you one of these days.
Anytime the liberals want a political WAR, I say bring it on. I’m sure we conservatives are much better armed (and much better trained).
