Put me in the doubtful category. Diversity promotes conflict.
New studies confirm that common sense trumps everything. Of course diversity divides. It does not bring people together. It forces them apart. It does not cause or assist in assimilation. In fact, it makes it easier to remain in a group, rather than proving oneself as an individual.
Cultural diversity and the lack of assimillation that it encourages is the root of most of our problems in America.
Two words why:
Bosnia. Hertzegovena.
The current philosophy of “diversity”, is racial separatism.
Diversity? Everybody looks different, but thinks alike...
Diversity destroys.
Diversity destroys.
I’ve always said that diversity for diversity’s sake is not a strength.
I do believe that acceptance of diversity is a strength. What that means is that we address each other as individuals, without regard to diverse differences. You know, the best player, the best teacher, the best pilot, no matter what the color.
Because lets face it, diversity only means one thing: skin color.
Assimilation is the correct course.
War is the traditional means whereby different groups interact. The victors assimilate those remaining losers.
“Diversity is strength” is Orwellian.
In reality, unity is strength.
I am outright hostile.

Agreed. “Diversity” is no strength. As much as it gets crapped on now what made America strong up until about the last 40 years or so was it’s commonality.
As someone else noted the very phrase is Orwellian. Diversity is Strength! This is globalism at it’s finest. Make us all a global family and usher in world wide government. Easier to control and implement a world wide government if the people are more compliant. Therefore start with the people/leaders of the free world that stand in the way. America, Britain & Western Europe, Australia, Canada.
According to liberals, diversity is also supposedly the greatest thing for business.. even better then a meritocracy. Ford Motor layed off a bunch or forced out a bunch of their white men who were in the white collar workforce. Replacing them with women and minorities.
By the pc thinking they should have become more innovative and been able to better meet the desires and needs of their customers. Meanwhile the Japanese automakers where corporate Japan is about the least diverse place on earth should be struggling.
“Diversity is strength.’

“Diversity” is the worst word in the English language with “tolerance” not far behind.
Just remember that “diversity” is:
celebrating that people are different,
while pretending not to notice any such differences.
