I bought a new copy about 20 years ago. Financial writer Andrew Tobias mentioned it in one of his books, and his story was he misheard it from one of his professors as "...the Madness of Krauts."
For investing purposes, he said just to read the first 100 pages. Really only ninety-nine, iirc. At least in my copy.

I wonder if the book is still available. MMmm. I picked up a copy about 10 years ago. Published as a Wordsworth Reference paperback in 1995 (Paid $4.90 for it)
