No. They were falsely accused and the charges were dropped. Acquittal means they actually stood trial on the charges. The charges were fabrications of a drug addled prostitute and an ambitious district attorney playing the race card to get re-elected.

It's not a valid comparison. The Duke players committed no crime. These animals committed rape, sodomy and assault at gun point. There are victims, forensic evidence and two clearly identified suspects. There is no comparison at all.

Were I given one wish it would be that such trash would be found innocent and released back on the street so real justice could find it’s proper path........the identifiable pieces left would be air dropped into the yard of every prison as warning to all career trash in training........
