This recipe works great even in a frying pan, it makes lean meat very juicy.

I am going to try it, can’t be any worse than mine have been lately. Even in a frying pan. That’s the only way I cook them any more because it’s quick, heat it up with no grease and plop them in there. Years ago, I used to lace them with cut-up bacon, onion, and green pepper for a change, but that is not the same. The bacon did make them juicier though. If your idea works, that will be great.

Eat as fast as possible! LOL....almost sounds like buffalo butterflied shrimp! Celery, carrots & bleu cheese optional?

Several years ago I started roasting corn in the oven. One evening the husband took his ear, peeled back the husks and covered with butter and Tony Chachere’s seasoning, then cooked it on the pit.
Goodness that was really awesome!

I love walking in it barefoot. It’s so cool, even on a hot day....and it smells good.

It’s even more fun to experiment with different spices, use Olive Oil instead of butter, forget the butter and the spices; put shredded Mexican Cheese in the husks,... the experiments are endless.

My girls are enjoying rolling in it and probably for the same reasons...
Big improvemnt over rolling in the dry grass.
