It appears that Libby will not have to serve jail time, but he will still have to pay the $250,000 fine and be on probation for two years. Not a total pardon.

I loved what Chucky had to say. Said that Bush was already so low, what would it hurt. I think that the Senate @ Congress are even LOWER. They are looking UP to see Bush’s numbers. JERK

This made my week. I wish it were a full pardon but understand the need to get through the appeal process. Whatever the outcome, I’m sure Bush will pardon Libby in the end if it comes to that, as he should.
