We also have senior and junior ministers for various offices but the actual Secretary of State for Foreign affairs is Miliband which is not that good news. He has in the past been out spoken against the Iraq war.
I am not sure about the link of SOROS with the other guy but there are certainly rumours to this effect.
Malloch Brown and Soros are very definitely linked.
