With the new attack on Glasgow Airport, here’s Keith Olbermann last night, speaking with “terrorism expert” Larry Johnson and scoffing at the London car bombs: Video: Olby and Larry Johnson shrug at the “non-event in London”.
Steven Emerson, who I think is one of the foremost experts on terrorism, indicated (also on MSNBC) that the car bombs were sophisticated and that he thought that the makers of them had had professional training in bomb-making.
Olber-moron. Used to be a passable sports guy a lot of years ago, has since risen to his level of incompetence.

Typical liberal ploy these days. Downplay the war on terror, mock anything that is caught or pre-empted i.e. Citibank building, Fort Dix, other bombing plots and then compare it to Iraq.
Yep...proof Liberals do not take the war on terror seriously and can not be trusted to fight it. If anyone ever needed proof of this fact...this video shows it.

If nobody’s interested in discussing the facts, that’s fine.
OK. Here are some facts that such a device would do:
1) Cause the immediate closure of the airport, affecting all flights into and out of that particular airport and a domino affect on a wide range of airports.
2) Possibly kill or seriously injure anyone near by when the explosion goes off.
3) Cause an increase in security through out GB and other areas.
4) Encourage future attacks by Muslim Terrorists and their supporter's.
5) Serve to give the ignorant ammunition to declare that the WOT and Bush have, or are, failures.
6) Depending on where the bomb went off cause millions of dollars with of property damage to either buildings or cars or both.
Those are some facts. So why are you downplaying the seriousness of this?
The liberal websites are abuzz that the thwarted attacks are fake ... a set up by the new Gordon Brown government.
They really believe this.

I saw him a long time ago on KTLA as a sports reporter; how’d he got into politics; I don’t know.
I’m not sure the lethality of the bombs is relevant to the discussion. Is there some kind of metric on blast equivilent divided by number killed that makes this a serious threat?
If even Stupid religious fanatics can and will cobble up bombs that can kill or maim even one person, then the threat to our way of life is a real and present danger.

Larry Johnson is the Clintonista dildo who told us all in the pages of the New York Times (just two months before 9/11!!) that terrorism was a minor and declining threat, and that unless you were doing business in Columbia or Kashmir you just shouldn’t worry about it. Yeah, he and Keith Olberdork are true experts on security and terrorism. The amazing thing is that they are not too embarrassed to speak in public, and that their sponsors are not too embarrassed to be associated with them in any way.
