I have my scenario. The guys try to ram the terminal, someone sees this, tries to stop them with their car (accident witnessed). After ramming the terminal, people get into a fight with the occupants to stop them from getting away or doing more damage (fight over “accident”).

not sure what kind of security this airport has, but part of the security design is to prevent vehicles from being able to pick up enough speed to ram into a building (or not enough velocity to get very far).

Per the eye witness he had very little space to get his speed up and only reached 30 or 35mph and did not make it thru to the terminal.
