I think that is what they are speculating on in England.
The nightclub Tiger Tiger where the car bomb was headed had ladies night and was extremely busy. According to reports there were around 1700 people there. Could have been looking at a massive loss of life.
As I am sure you know Cindy, there have been reports before that jihadists wanted to target London nightclubs.

This story is strange... it would have been much busier on a Fri/Sat night when all three levels of Tiger Tiger are packed, and the lines to get in run around the block.
(Yes, I have been there, and know folks in London who still do)
