I hope the whole trip is great and that you do not have too much pain during it.

Great photos tonight, Snugs!

Great to see him visiting the troops. They always
seem so glad to see THIS president.

Can you imagine the reception the “hag” would get? Ugh!

They are going ok. I just hate that I have this torn rotator cuff again. Grandson is already out in Seattle, granddaughter is leaving Sunday and we leave the 3rd. I am determined to just carry a carry on piece of luggage. With this arm, I can not be fooling around with anything heavy. I will just have to wear clothes a 2nd time and that will not kill me! I will probably check that piece of luggage and use my bag with my cross stitch stuff to carry some extra things if I need it. I am cross stitching Heb. 13:2 and I want to work on that some. It relaxes me so my arm does not seem to hurt so much. My daughter and I plan on spending a lot of time in the dome car. She bought a nice digital camera with 17x zoom so she can get some good pictures. We really, really need this trip after all we have been through in the last few months.

Bush will go down in history as a Global Winston Churchill. He was a courageous man rejected by fools in a time of great danger. Yet he did not waver.

Thank you for your service President Bush.

Glad we have this disclaimer, but so sorry that it is
necessary on a “conservative” website. *sigh*

Well, you see, I will only be here for a few more days so I think I can handle that good girl image for those days. You, on the other hand will have to be good for much longer. By the time I get back she may have forgotten her request.

Sorry about your shoulder. I had that surgery about 5 years ago after years of not being able to lift my arm as far as my waist. It was a relief to have it done...at least after the initial pain subsided and the PT was over. I have full range of motion now. Prayers that your surgery will be successful!

Ah, baseball. His favorite sport. I am glad that he is getting a chance to go to the “compound” for some well-deserved R & R.

I will be in Maine in August...wish he would be there when we go see the place. :D

Do not understand either - thought maybe my grammar or spelling was wrong but does not appear to this English lady to be so.

Thanks for the welcome.

I love your tagline. I really have that feeling at FR myself.

I really find the doses to be great therapy.

I was so annoyed today on Fr reading how someone stopped supporting Bush because he never supports the troops. I wondered how they could come to believe such an obvious lie.

No one seems willing to make the obvious observations about what Bush really does as President. Everything has been reduced to a mediated caricature with no grounding in reality.
