Yes it would appear that he did - I was curious how I could have gotten it wrong, because I certainly did read that he was going to vote no on cloture. That he changed his vote at the last minute means not only that he was on the wrong side of this, but also spineless.
Time for a new IN senator. Now if we could just get rid of Bayh too...

That’s exactly what The Swimmer had in mind with his rats nest amnesty bill. First, confuse everyone with a piece of crap no one could understand. Second, rush it through saying it was a bi-partisan effort (Yeah right!...Only 12 senators behind closed doors, six Rhino’s and six whack job radicals from the far left). Third, there you have it! an instant massive new base for the left to get all their rediculous socialist of existence and the only thing left would be huge liberal compounds of very rich people in the media, movie industry and far left politicians (Kennedy and Soros come to mind). Then they would have this huge government dependent group of uneducated non-English speaking people and their huge famlies supporting them. THE PERFECT LIBERAL SCENARIO! but wait a minute Teddy boy!....Your train just got derailed by a lot of mad as hell Americans, so... stuff your amnesty, douche bag!

I hope those nice just-looing-for-a-better-life illegals don’t riot over this.
This is just the first round . We still have an estimated 30 million illegals and at least another 100 million others who are here and won’t stop until they get their way .
What we did was great , but now we need to join our forces like they do . We have plenty of Americans who want their country back ,but we are spread out into too many groups .We need a coalition to form .
Our kids will be in a third world hellhole if we don’t keep fighting to recover what we have lost already .
Laws need to be enforced against employers , and welfare benefits that finance the breeding, medical care ,shelter and food to these invaders need to be enforced also . I use to feel sorry for them, but when they flew their flags and burned ours in our streets and called my nation Atzlan pity turned to anger .

Every “representative” who refuses to do everything possible to defend our borders from illegal aliens entering our country — should themselves be expelled from office on grounds they have violated their oath of office to DEFEND the Nation and Constitution and see to it that the “laws” they impose are ENFORCED..
ENFORCE existing laws.....
Go after the EMPLOYERS - ALL employers of illegal aliens, even if only a nanny, gardener, or 1000 chicken pluckers.... Hire an illegal and go to jail...
DENY ALL NonEmergency SERVICES to illegal aliens....

I hear a senator in AZ has been battling illegals and winning. I just saw part of that show (on FOX) yesterday. It’s time the states started taking matters into their own hands so the feds don’t have to. The more we can keep feds out, the better it is for all of us.
