You put the least informative part of the article in the excerpt. It made no sense with the headline you posted.
Here is the preface from the website:
Denied access to his three children after his divorce, Mark was jailed for standing outside his house to wave to them. It took ten years and 133 hearings before they were reunited. How CAN the Government insist cases like his are kept secret?

If you read the article, Mum’s a monster. The court system — judge after judge — was worse, as it abetted her.

It sounds like he violated a no-contact order. It’s not clear why there was a no-contact order in the first place, so it’s hard to decipher what realy has been going on.

I’d like to hear the other side of the story.

The horror stories I’ve read about some guys in divorce situations would make any logical man get a vasectomy.
Oh, and don’t even think about saying “It can’t happen to me” because it CAN! I’ve seen long-lasting relationships turn on a dime.
Guys can be real pricks, but some womenare just pure psycho!

Its not clear why there was a no-contact order in the first place,...Looks to me like the "no-contact order" was granted because the psycho ex-wife claimed that the daughters were upset by their father waving to them.

Hmmm ... resembles some US family courts. Though usually payoffs to certain lawyers that happen to play golf on Fridays with the judges does the trick.

Id like to hear the other side of the story. Let me guess - you've got an "open mind".

Yes, but according to the story, she came back after 2 months of separation, and he started the divorce work. I don’t know, maybe he could have taken her back then, at least for the girl’s sake. I’d do everything I could, in order to keep my kids, although I realize some people are VERY difficult to live with.

Looks to me like the "no-contact order" was granted because the psycho ex-wife claimed that the daughters were upset by their father waving to them. Sounds like it, but I learned long ago that there are sometimes two sides to a story, and this article only gives his side. So, I remain without an opinion on this particular case.

Id do everything I could, in order to keep my kids, I tried that, too. It's really only re-loading the gun, and giving her more chances to slime you.
At least if you do it early on, you can get visitation.
To: DuncanWaring
all we have here is his version.
taken another way, he constantly stalked his ex, hanging around her house at all hours, trying to turn the kids against her, timeing his activities to be there when he was more likely to contact them. he wouldn’t leave her alone.
there’s another side to this that we aren’t seeing.

'I love both my parents; I always will. But I will never get my childhood back. It is gone for ever.'
This is the real casualty of divorce. The day it happens the children stop being children.

"I tried that, too. It's really only re-loading the gun, and giving her more chances to slime you. ". Oh, I hear you, just a shame that people don't take the time to find out if the person they're marrying is loopy or not. Only takes 3 or 4 dates I think. But sure, every now and again, you get a zinger thrown at you from left field.

Yeah, Im gettin married reeeeeeal soon. /s
Stories like these are something every single man should think long and hard about before making so huge of a decision.
