Yes, that was exactly as the cop wrote it up.
The fluid from my windshield sprayer sprayed a cop on the sidewalk. At the next stoplight my car was surrounded by cops, guns drawn and the whole nine yards.
Next the idiot cop brought me into a traffic court on criminal charges and after telling my story to the judge and making the whole courtroom bust up laughing, the judge through it out.
I really regret not saving the ticket for the scrapbook.
They are claiming (I guess) this is assault by virtue of it's "threatening" nature, although I'll confess, I'm really looking forward to seeing how they present that one in court!
This one will be dismissed before too long, I reckon. How could anyone in the legal sector put their name on this?

Ever been pulled for speeding 20 miles over the speed limit and get a ticket for “impeding the flow”
or how about
“Failure to obey traffic sign” where there was 2 stop signs on the same post and you stopped but you didn’t stop twice.
I couldn’t move out of Virginia fast enough.
