Amnesty would be giving illegal aliens a fixed time in which to return to their nations with no penalty. After the amnesty period has expired, illegal aliens would be hunted down, prosecuted to the full extent of the law, pay for their crimes, and then returned to their nation.
I wonder if the IRS will start using this new defintion of amnesty?

B.S. “Amnesty” means to grant a general pardon. Nothing about paying a price period.
The “Price” Illegals are allegedly to pay cited in the “Bill” is even pardoned. READ IT.

President Bush has noted repeatedly that the comprehensive reform he supports is not an amnesty bill. And I have noted repeatedly that if you remove all the parts granting amnesty then I might favor a bill.
