Laura has passion...she means it. She is not just on the radio to finance her golf excusions.
How would you know all this? Just curious, LM.
Today especially, her air time needs to be concentrated on this critical issue, so I can understand why they’re handling calls this way.
She’s right up there with Hannity, Rush and Levin and maybe better. Priceless when she said, “Tony! NOBODY BELIEVES YOU!” She has bigger cojones than the other hosts.
Coleman is apparently voting FOR cloture.
No question about it. His media guy admitted it to Laura on the air.
Kit Bond and Coleman are voting for amnesty.
Caller: Kit Bond (R-MO) IS voting for cloture.
No, frame it correctly. He’s voting for amnesty. They want to pretend it’s just a cloture vote.

IIRC, I read earlier today that a FReeper was told that Bond would vote NO today by one of his staffers.

I’ve called her show several times. I had a point she didn’t have......the screener asked me to elaborate long before they put me on the air.
Sorry. But to me Laura is a female Hannity. (That’s not meant to be a compliment.) Give me Tammy Bruce (almost) any day.
It was VERY corny.
She had a caller from Senator Webb’s state, and Charlotte said she called them and tried to find out if Webb was going to vote for Cloture but they said he was undecided.
So Laura made a bad pun, “You have them caught in Charlott’es Web” and then the drum beat of a corny joke.
