It was VERY corny.
She had a caller from Senator Webb’s state, and Charlotte said she called them and tried to find out if Webb was going to vote for Cloture but they said he was undecided.
So Laura made a bad pun, “You have them caught in Charlott’es Web” and then the drum beat of a corny joke.
