The 12th Amendment says "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of president shall be eligible to that of vice president of the United States." That would appear to rule out Schwarzenegger.

Great, another immigration law that our leaders will refuse to enforce.

To hold the office, one must be a natural citizen. If the President dies, the person in this office has historically been 'promoted' to the presidency.

So, should we be wary that the person holding the position of Speaker of the House should also be a natural citizen just to be sure, being third in line for the position [behind General Westmorland, of couse!]? ;)
