I can only speak for myself and the half dozen or so people I know personally who were there, but we're all local and were not "bussed" in. Moreover, I wasn't chanting "get out of Cheney's house"; I was chanting "Algor is a PIG!"Yah. The Florida protests in 2000 were spontaneous as well, grass roots. They outnumbered the Dem protestors 20 to 1. And the Dems came in a van . . . and were union people. Completely bogus, probably somehow getting paid for the day. So the Dems, since they have phony bussed in protests, just assume that when Repubs take to the streets that it isn't grass roots.

The only busses I saw were ones on their regular routes and the bus drivers gave us a toot and a thumbs up!!

‘’So the Dems, since they have phony bussed in protests, just assume that when Repubs take to the streets that it isn’t grass roots.’’,,,,,,,,,,LOL! During the run up to the 2004 election President Bush came here to Santa Monica for a fund raiser. I went with my girlfriend to welcome him ,and was greeted by a mob of insane ,screaming, Kerry RAT people, who kept screeching that we weren’t ‘’real’’! We had been bussed in by Karl Rove. I live a mile away, had driven myself and my girlfriend, and could not figure out why the creeps kept saying that. Now I know!

You do know that if they had had enough goonion folks there, they would have turned to physical intimidation,
like they did at the protests outside the White House during the Clinton years.
