"In the summer of 2000, I knew Mr. Gary Smith and believed his work to be professional and of very high quality. I remember that he was asked to produce a fundraising event for my Senate campaign, which was held on August 12, 2000."
RE: hopefully hillarys campaign will implode.
That can only happen if the press writes about this. Your help in passing it along will be appreciated.
Excellent job. Why this was not entered into evidence makes no sense. I hope this gets the proper exposure. I rated it excellent!
Whatever you sell it for, it’s truly taking $ from suckers. Good L-rd, that book on some schmuck’s coffee table makes me sick.
She’s trying to claim that a soft money contribution was used to generate hard monies. You got the goods on her Doug. Hope it gets the traction is deserves.
Participation, solicitation, coordination. It was hard money and illegal from the outset. They took the position it was soft money, but even then they failed to declare $721,000. The fact that a US Atty kept this evidence while official investigations were ongoing needs to be examined. An Clintonista apparently did her a favor.
It does make sense. Someone in the US atty office was helping cover her butt.
Um, it’s not on my coffee table, but I’m the schmuck who has that book. Peter gave it to me. I also have a canvas seat back from the director chairs used at the event. It is one of about five signed by Clinton. I’d let my dogs pee on it but it might be worth some money to a Clinton sick-o-fant.
You are right, nothing here, move on.
If a candidate directly solicits money for her own campaign, the federal limit is $2,000 from any individual. She had claimed all along that Peter’s $1.6 mil was for the joint fundraising committee. That simply wasn’t the case. She participated, solicited, and coordinated this donation for her senate campaign.
Very nice! Have sent on to various media. Have also visited and watched the YouTube video! Let’s just pray.
Thank you, sweetiepiezer.
Ping to # 6.
Sorry, second try-Ping to # 17.
The MSM will declare this as ‘old news’ and is only being kept alive by ‘mean-spirited’ Republicans.
But how do you explain the Teflon? Isn't it obvious?
Would be really great if the Clintons for once in their lives would have to pay the piper.
And by persisting in that fiction, she was able to have a lot more cash on hand for the critical homestretch of her 2000 Senate campaign. That extra cash allowed her to purchase more advertising which helped her immensely in pulling away from her opponent Rick Lazio and turning a close race into a decisive win.
TANKS for the ping Lu,,,
MSM, LSM,or Drive-by-Media!??!
