It is a free country. Debate is what freedom is all about. Although I support Hunter(both financially and electorally) I will defend the rights of freepers to support anybody they choose in the primary. Heck I even supported Freepers who voted for Sharpton 4 years ago.
You can be disappointed in other Freepers but you lose credibility when you demean them.

While all the other Presidential candidates just talk about what needs done, once again we see Duncan Hunter neck deep in the congressional swamp fighting for the rights of American citizens to retain our sovereignty. GOD BLESS DUNCAN HUNTER !!

Congress did pass a law that gave citizenship to anyone born in the US, and I believe it was in the 20s.

Congress doesn't have the Constitutional authority to do that. Read the whole post.

The simple fact is that illegal aliens are not subject to US jurisdiction; they are within US jurisdiction. There is a huge difference.

They canht

They 14th states that aliens born here are not citizens...

That’s why that liberal Demcrat woman in FL is attempting to outlaw the term “alien”

There is provision in the 14th that prohibits the anchor babies from claiming American citizenship while they are legally termed “aliens” especially illegal aliens..

By making 25,000,000 illegal ALIENS into something else, thus making the 14th not apply to them. their anchor babies would become American citizens at bith..

Unfortunately my two TN senators want to make the term “alien” disappear too..

Bob and Lamar bear constant watching...

You are wrong. I understand why you are taking that position, I respect what you are trying to accomplish but if they’re not under your jurisdiction, you can’t arrest them, you cannot bring them to trial. If you can arrest them and can try them they are under your jurisdiction.

We disagree, I don’t want to argue, we want the same thing, we just disagree on how to get there. Obviously whatever we post here will make no difference, what judges say will.

As of now, the only people considered to be not under our jurisdiction are foreign diplomats, who have diplomatic immunity.

This just highlights the absurdity of our current position. If a British citizen comes here on holiday and gives birth... that child is not an American! They wouldn't think so and neither would we.

On C-Span the other day a sherriff from ther border was asked by a subcommittittee on the border..”DO you think that birthright citizenship is an big attraction for the “immigrants” (like DUH)

He said “yes”

He was asked if many pregnant women are caught on the border..

“Yes many are in labour or in advanced stages of pregnacy...”

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

If the child is conceived in Mexico does that make him Mexican by natural origin?

:)

Thou speakest correctly.

No, he doesn't. I know his is the position taken by the courts but it bears only the faintest resemblance to reality.

If you say illegal aliens are not under our jurisdiction, how can we prosecute them for illegal entry, or for crimes they commit while here?

Poppycock. If an Australian couple come here on holiday and break a law, they are subject to prosecution and deportation. If they have a child... they would not expect that their child is suddenly an American rather than an Australian. Only those who are coming here permanently seem to think it should work this way.

Freepers is a term used losely.

There are freepers that are activists and there are freepers that sign on to stir up discontent :) Those aren't freepers. They are Wickerson Bros.
