You are wrong. I understand why you are taking that position, I respect what you are trying to accomplish but if they’re not under your jurisdiction, you can’t arrest them, you cannot bring them to trial. If you can arrest them and can try them they are under your jurisdiction.

We disagree, I don’t want to argue, we want the same thing, we just disagree on how to get there. Obviously whatever we post here will make no difference, what judges say will.

If they are under your jurisdiction, then they can be drafted into the military and/or be compelled to serve jury duty. Can a foreign national/illegal alien be drafted?, serve on a jury?
