Well, as long as they’re out of sight you don’t have a problem.

Now, when they get to the point where you have to sweep them off onto the floor in order to see your computer monitor, you’ve got a problem.

Especially if we’re talking about the monitor on your computer at work!!!

We had folks willing to go in and harvest the still usable timber, but the wackos had a crying fit. Rush always said to think about all the baseball bats and pianos and such that won’t get made.

He’s right...and that’s just the itty-bitty insignificant impact of reducing timber harvests.

Just think of all the people who’ve had their lives and livelihoods smashed as a result of the whackos - and towns that have died for the same reason.

Well - that’s depressing talk - enough of that!!

Did you see the hummingbird video linked up-thread? That was amazing!

Johnny Cash and Eddie Albert on YouTube, singing together. Johnny gives Eddie a guitar used by June's uncle, and Eddie tells a tale of gold prospecting and fishing off the Baja coast...

Oh, How I Wanna Go Home.

Instead, I have to go back to work. See everyone this evening!

Shredder?

Yes, Sir....I have my very own personal shredder that I brought with me. LOL!! I have some of that to do, but more of minor corrections, research, etc, that time has not allowed for weeks on end.

I know what you mean...what we can’t get filed gets put into in-baskets on a back corner of a common desk.

When things get quiet (as if they ever do!) we put on the finishing touches and file ‘em away.

I also have a personal shredder I brought in to take care of papers we have to get rid of.

Okay, seriously, I have to go now!

"....found a cardboard box that fit the shredder."

That's my method at home too, but my box is out in the room. Every now and then it sees some work. This week end, I hope, will see some action for it.

Fine day indeed, thanks. It is much cooler here today. We had a series of thunder, lightning and rain storms yesterday, it was so weird, heck of a storm would come on, then the sun would come out until the next storm.

Fair skies and a very cool breeze today.

Sorry about the smoke filtering in -not pleasant at all.

I had too much out of sight for so long that I had to go through and edit so I’d have more room to put things out of sight!..I hate shredders.

Going through and editing all my old paper files, stacks and sacks was the hardest job I’ve done in a long time..but I am so glad I did. Now I have half empty current file boxes near my desk area.

At work ,I would guess ,it can pile up daily..It only takes a short time for me to do my paperwork because now I can finally find it!. ;o) I sometimes still put off doing it.
