We out numbered the 6 moonbats today. FReepers and Lurkers in attendance today were Lurker Bill, (aka Lurker Bill from MD on Walter Reed AARs), and daughter, BufordP, Fraxinus, Kristinn, GunsAreOK, R.T. Delta, VicotryNY, the better half of the 'Trooprally' screen name, ([Mrs] T), and myself ([Mr] T).
Pictures are by [Mrs] T and R.T. Delta.
We set up at our regular time, 10AM, and waited for the moonbats to show up. Then a mysterious FReeper (BELOW LEFT) appeared on the moonbats corner. When the moonbats started to show up, one young-challenged moonbat (BELOW RIGHT) pointed out the correct corner that he should be on. After a good laugh from our corner, he disappeared as quickly as he appeared.
Backing up a little, we started to set up at 10AM. The flags that flank our corner are first to go up and last to come down. Team work was the order of this morning. BELOW LEFT: Me, BufordP and GunsAreOK setting up red banner. BELOW RIGHT: Lurker Bill's daughter and VictoryNY set up Service banner.
BELOW LEFT: Kristinn manning the corner while banners are being set up. With enough FReepers there, we are able to do two things at one time, set up the banners and let cars see our message. BELOW RIGHT: VictoryNY in Lurker Bill's position while other banners are being set up.
BELOW LEFT: Me and BufordP getting our signs while GunsAreOk is already FReeping. BELOW RIGHT: GunsAreOk with Kristinn behind his sign.
BELOW LEFT: BufordP enjoying his cigar. BELOW RIGHT: Me enjoying my cigar.
BELOW LEFT: Lurker Bill's daughter manning the right flank with Fraxinus spearheading the center position. BELOW RIGHT: Lurker Bill, Kristinn, L. Bill's daughter and VictoryNY.
BELOW: With the arrival of Fraxinus, our numbers were sufficient to man the southeast corner by BufordP and me. The passing cars saw our message before they saw the moonbats.
BELOW: Lurker Bill's daughter and VictoryNY enjoying themselves.
BELOW: Then this guy came along. He says he was a Colonel in the Army Medical Corps during Vietnam. He was arguing nose to nose with Kristinn and R.T. Delta about us being in Iraq and how wrong it is. We soon got the best of him and he left even more angry than when he got there. [Mrs] T saw him later in the week at the deli counter of our Safeway. He was giving the employee a hard time there also.

REMEMBER
Next Saturday, same place, Georgia Avenue, MD Rte. 97 and MD Rte. 108 in Olney
NEW TIME - 10:15 AM to 11:45 AM
As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
But a lot of verbal engagement in Olney is always welcome. Where is Mr. Bull Horn when we need him?
If you live in northern VA and want a short cut to Olney See Post 39 Here. It's an easy 20 minute drive from the American Legion Bridge.
A special Thanks to a FReeper FRiend for enhancing the original plain type directions.

It is Karl Rove ROFL
Thanks once more for another fine job! Keep up the great work!
We have a standing order here in Studio City that we don’t invade their corner, and they don’t try to take ours. They have far greater numbers and could easily do it. Occasionally, we have to explain it to a new moonbat, but when we mention the restraining order, they usually go join their mentally ill kin.
I especially like all your banners. BTW, we found that garment racks make great banner displays. We got them at K-Mart for a paltry $12.99 a piece. They have wheels that you can put on or leave off. Our banners are 6 ft x 4 ft so we had to add on an extention to the top that is secured with zip ties. We stabilize it with rope and weight it with our kit bag. We may add hand weights later. It’s a work in progress, but it is working out stupendously! And ticks off the moonbats, since we get more honks now. You might look into them. They would be great for signs too.
HI MONK OMG you got Palesnstin lady there
You are slipping I expect Looter guy show up give Freepers some beer
The links to all Olney FReeps are in Post 1. Those were some wild first weeks.
The garment racks sound great, and mobile. How easy are they to transport? For weights, try filling 2” PVC pipe with quick set concrete without the stone. Then Velcro strap them to the feet.
A similar system works for the MOAB at Walter Reed. In the past someone always had to hold the south (Right) end. Now, unless there is a gusty wind, it is free standing.
EAGLES UP in Studio City!!
