It is something that this happened in early March and the story is breaking today. I think Whitmire just picked on the wrong person this time and has refused to call her tune.

This story is breaking while another recent incident that happened here is still fresh in people's minds where the bartender was charged and the owner will most likely lose his bar and everything else he owns. The person served was a police officer (he died) and the bar was closed to all but members of a police function.
