Good morning, rob. Yesterday I received a letter from Rep. Hunter, telling me of his rigorous and successful campaign schedule from Ohio to New Hampshire to Iowa and beyond, and thanking me for my work on his behalf. God bless the man!
Like the Pied Piper, his followers grow exponentially where ever he goes! And little wonder, for his sincerity rings through with his every sentence. His campaign continues to gain momentum, but he has never needed us more than he does right now!
On June 30 the FEC report on contributions is due. That is the time, depending on the amount of those contributions, when a candidate rates a rise to a higher tier or not. You have my good wishes. As I’ve said before, I’m currently in favor of Fred Thompson, but I think if Duncan Hunter can achieve greater exposure he is just what the country needs. If not now, then I hope he can work toward the future.
It’s obvious to me that most of the regulars at FR like him very much, and if more of them lean toward Thompson in the forum polls, it’s mostly a matter of judging that Fred is more electable at the present time.
I can’t stand the idea of nominating McCain or Giuliani, and would fight against both of them very strongly, but I’d certainly be happy to see Hunter do well.

Hunter is my first choice also. I’ve sent him some $$$ and talk him up to anyone who will listen.
My big gripe is that the MSM won’t let him be heard. In the debates he could barely get a word in edgewise. They constantly called on McCain, Romney, Guiliani. I know, they were the first tier, but I wanted to hear Hunter and the others.
Lets keep up the drumbeat for him!
My son did his boot camp at Benning in July also.
The only suggestion I pass on from his experience - start doing endless push-ups and sit ups til it hurts- and be able to run a minimum of 5 miles. It will make a huge difference in your adjustment to boot camp..

WOW what a wonderful honor! Mr. Hunter is really needed by America. I just wish more would notice that!
In this last Repub debate, Hunter showed himself articulate on the issues, clearly the best conservative of the ten on stage. He showed real courage in calling out and taking on the three Rinos, Guiliani, McCain, and Romney.
In these trying times, courage is a must. I really like Hunter. If I had any doubts about him, the last debate erased them.
Hunter is my first choice, Fred, next, Huckabee or Tancredo next. Huckabee looked good in the debate also.
